Idle Spark Games is an independent game studio based in the United Kingdom. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Tower Tally (the “App”) and this website.

Tower Tally does not require you to create an Idle Spark Games account. Most game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device.

1. Information stored on your device

The App stores gameplay information locally so that features work between sessions. This may include high scores, player statistics, settings, coin balances, power-up inventory, Passport progress and other game-state information. Idle Spark Games does not operate a proprietary account system or remote player-profile database for Tower Tally.

2. Game Center

If you use Apple Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center profile and leaderboard activity. Tower Tally can submit and display leaderboard scores using Apple’s GameKit services. Idle Spark Games does not receive your Apple ID password or payment-card information through Game Center.

Apple’s handling of information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

3. In-app purchases

Purchases in Tower Tally are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Idle Spark Games may receive transaction status or purchase-entitlement information needed to provide the purchased feature, but does not receive or store your payment-card details.

4. Rewarded advertising

Tower Tally uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertising. You choose whether to watch a rewarded ad in exchange for an in-game benefit.

When advertising services are used, Google may process information such as device and app information, IP address, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad interactions and diagnostic information. The exact information used can depend on your device settings, location, consent choices and Google’s advertising configuration.

5. Consent and privacy choices

Where required by applicable law, including in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area and Switzerland, Tower Tally presents privacy choices for advertising before consent-dependent advertising is requested. The choices available may include consenting, declining consent and managing individual privacy options.

Where the App provides a privacy-options control, you can use it to revisit the choices made through Google’s consent system.

7. Website hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process technical request information needed to deliver, secure and operate the site. Idle Spark Games does not currently use its own website analytics, advertising cookies or user accounts on this website.

8. Data retention

Locally stored Tower Tally game data generally remains on your device until it is changed by the App, reset through available game controls, or the App and its local data are removed. Information processed by Apple, Google or Vercel is retained according to those providers’ policies and applicable law.

9. Children

Tower Tally is a general-audience game. Idle Spark Games does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us through the App. Advertising and platform services may apply additional age-related protections where required.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. For information held by Apple or Google, you may also need to use the privacy tools provided by those companies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Tower Tally’s features, third-party services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
